People
Roland is a London-based sound supervisor, and is a director of Sound Disposition. He started his career as an engineer at the prestigious Abbey Road studios, and has since worked extensively as a sound recordist, scoring engineer, effects editor and dubbing mixer on films, documentaries, TV and corporate films, both in the UK, and in many other countries around the world. He is a graduate of the Tonmeister course at the University of Surrey.
Marc is our dialogue specialist. He ran Sandy Lodge studios for a number of years before joining Sound Disposition in 2008. He is supremely multi-talented, being both an excellent dialogue editor, a much sought-after location recordist, and developer of software in his spare time.
Udit is the latest to join Sound Disposition. He is a skilled effects editor, but also works extensively on location. He worked for a while in Bollywood, creating effects for an impressive array of hit movies, before leaving in 2007 to hone his skills at Edinburgh University where he completed a masters in sound design. Since joining the team he has worked on a number of prestigious projects, including spending a month in Kashmir working on a documentary, and leading the effects design for Baseline.
Jake has been recording sound for film and television for the past few years. He began his career honing his art as a boom operator on a number of projects, and has progressed to become an excellent recordist in his own right. Personable and professional, he is an asset to any crew.
